About the brochure
My client put together a deal where a few partners put money into buying a lease of operations over a hotel for 9 years. My client needed to present this investment opportunity to a number of people, to collect that amount of money. Naturally, he needed a visual to share the details of the deal. I created this brochure to present this offer to potential investors. The goal of this brochure is to give the basic info about the investment project and let them contact the manager.
Overview
Design style matches the spirit of the place
The investment property is located in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. And not all the investors have been there. So I decided to give them a taste of what the place is like by adding tropical elements.
I used real photos of the property and everything around it.
